360training.com is seeking a Lifecycle & Enablement Specialist to join our Product Marketing Operations team. This role supports both sales and marketing enablement and product lifecycle operations, ensuring that our learners, sales channels, and internal teams are aligned throughout every stage of the product lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in facilitating smooth product launches, coordinating lifecycle transitions such as product swaps or suspensions, and supporting communications with learners, partners, and regulatory bodies when needed.
This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience who are eager to grow into a career in project management, lifecycle operations, or product marketing leadership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Enablement
  • Support the development and distribution of enablement collateral, sales tools, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between product, sales, and marketing.
Lifecycle Operations
  • Assist in coordinating product lifecycle events, including launches, suspensions, outages, and product or learner swaps.
  • Manage and maintain sales channel catalogs in alignment with lifecycle frameworks and product availability.
  • Support regulatory communications in partnership with Compliance and Product leadership.
  • Monitor the performance and outcomes of lifecycle activities, including launches, outages, and updates, to help identify improvements and ensure operational consistency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of lifecycle processes to support repeatability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle and enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to M&A-related enablement and lifecycle integration projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Education, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, e-commerce, or regulatory communications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Power BI (basic navigation and data interpretation) is a also plus.
