Sales Operations Manager We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the processes, systems, and documentation that enable our sales team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate has strong experience with CRM administration (preferably Salesforce), process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Sales Process Development & Optimization - Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes that support every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure process alignment with business goals.
- Monitor process adoption and drive compliance across the sales organization.
Sales Systems Management (CRM & Tools) - Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce objects, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party sales tools (e.g., engagement platforms, CPQ, forecasting tools).
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent data hygiene practices across systems.
- Train sales team members on new tools, features, and system changes.
Sales Documentation & Knowledge Management - Create, update, and maintain sales documentation, including playbooks, process guides, SOPs, and onboarding materials.
- Ensure documentation is centralized, easy to understand, and accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Leadership to keep materials current with product, pricing, and process changes.
Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key operational metrics.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions and forecasting.
- Partner with Finance and Leadership on revenue operations and forecasting processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on processes, data flow, and systems.
- Manage communication for any process or system updates that impact sales and related teams.
Qualifications Required - 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (administration, reporting, automation).
- Proven experience creating and documenting sales processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments.
Preferred - Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or similar fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools, CPQ solutions, or forecasting systems.
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
