Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst: 360training is seeking a Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing 360training.com’s online training courses to ensure minimum functionality and end-user experience standards are met. Testing would include verification of content, audio, images, course layout, and course configuration functionality. The QA Analyst position requires documentation of all errors and regression testing to ensure errors are fixed/ addressed appropriately. Responsibilities: - Execute functional tests, verification/regression, and mobile tests according to QA Testing Plan
- Use course outlines, course manuscripts, audio scripts, and activity/animation scripts to verify content within the online course preview.
- Document test findings and suggest revisions in accordance with QA best practices.
Qualifications: - Candidates with O/A Level education or a bachelor’s degree with English as a major subject will be preferred. Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can also be considered.
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year or an internship in content writing and data analysis position will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web-based training
- A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preferably US)
- Basic knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to succeed.
- Able to solve problems independently or with a team.

- Content Verification: Ability to cross-check course content against scripts, outlines, and design documents.
- Bug Tracking: Familiarity with tracking and reporting defects or inconsistencies in a structured format.
- Basic Technical Proficiency: Understanding of e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Regression Testing: Capable of performing follow-up tests to ensure previously identified issues are resolved.

- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Jira is considered a plus.
