No Visa Sponsorship for this role This is a remote position and we are looking to hire in the following states: AZ, FL, GA, LA, NJ, PA, TN, TX, UT, ID, MI, MO and WI The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Digital Marketing Analytics Lead to play a critical role in driving insight, strategy, and decision-making across our multi-million-dollar eCommerce business. This is not a report-building or data handoff role. This position owns marketing analytics end-to-end—transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly influence revenue, profitability, and growth. You will partner closely with senior marketing and business leaders, helping shape strategy through data-backed recommendations and thought leadership. Who This Role Is For This role is for a seasoned analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and marketing performance. You have deep experience translating complex digital marketing and eCommerce data into insights that influence leadership decisions. You are comfortable owning analyses from question definition through recommendation, not just delivering dashboards. You enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders and leading analytics conversations with confidence and clarity. You are energized by ambiguity, enjoy problem-solving, and proactively surface opportunities without waiting to be asked. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow as an analytics leader within marketing and eCommerce—not as a transition to product management or data engineering. What You’ll Do
What Success Looks Like in This Role Success means becoming a trusted analytics partner to marketing and executive leadership. Your insights consistently influence decisions that improve revenue, paid media performance, and conversion efficiency. Dashboards and analyses you own are relied upon to guide action, not just monitor performance. You proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities before being asked and clearly explain their business implications. Senior stakeholders trust your judgment and look to you for clarity on complex performance questions.
