Product Catalog Specialist
Role Overview
Product Catalog Specialist supports by handling day-to-day catalog operations and including product setup, updates, and issue resolution across systems. This role ensures catalog accuracy, timely execution, and reliable task tracking while serving as a point of support for internal teams on routine catalog and pricing requests. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute accurate and timely product creation, updates, activations, and deactivations across all platforms while proactively resolving data issues and meeting SLAs.
  • Independently manage daily catalog operations, owning routine tasks and issue resolutions to minimize manager involvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams, providing clear and timely support for catalog, pricing, and storefront inquiries.
  • Track, prioritize, and handle catalog requests and issues using JIRA or similar tools, ensuring proper documentation and SLA compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and standard operating procedures while driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, with 0–1 year of relevant experience and overall 3 years of office experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a must have; and experience with HCL Commerce or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable information
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured processes, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on documentation, data accuracy, and process improvement.
  • Exposure to catalog and product systems.
