Multimedia Developer (Contractor)

360training.com is seeking a talented Multimedia Developer to join our eLearning production team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can combine strong video editing skills with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for editing high-quality educational videos, designing course-related visuals, and ensuring that all multimedia content aligns with our brand and instructional goals. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to ensure all content supports effective learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for eLearning courses and training modules.
  • Create motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations (3D is a plus point), and visual effects to enhance learner engagement.
  • Design and develop graphic content, including catalogs, brochures, thumbnails, marketing banners, and course layouts.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with course scripts and learning goals.
  • Add titles, transitions, background music, and sound effects for professional finishing.
  • Format and export videos for various platforms (LMS, SCORM, MP4, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and follow design guidelines.
  • Organize and manage project files, templates, and assets for efficient reuse.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (captions, color contrast, readability).
  • Stay updated on design and video production trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support internal teams with creative assets for communication and marketing needs.
Requirement
  • Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, preferably in eLearning, education, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate).
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms (LMS, SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle both digital and print design (catalogs, magazines, brochures).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and captioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in multimedia development, preferably in eLearning or digital education.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate).
  • Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, 3D animation is a plus point, or visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and video captioning tools.
