Senior Specialist, Website Optimization
360training is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Website Optimization to join our growing CRO / Website Marketing Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading website migrations, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements across a portfolio of sites. You will ensure that newly acquired and existing websites are structured, implemented, and optimized in a way that supports scalability, consistency, and overall site performance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with website migrations and site structure, can translate complex findings into actionable development work, and brings a systems-oriented mindset to improving web platforms over time.
You will report to the CRO/Website Marketing Manager. This position is full-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead website migration and integration efforts for acquired and transitioning properties, ensuring alignment with platform standards and long-term scalability
  • Conduct site audits to evaluate structure, navigation, taxonomy, and content organization to inform migration planning
  • Translate audit findings into actionable migration plans, including URL structures, redirects, and CMS requirements
  • Partner with Front-End Development to implement routing logic, redirects, and CMS configurations within Drupal
  • Oversee pre- and post-launch validation to ensure structural integrity, accurate routing, and a seamless user experience
  • Identify and resolve structural issues during and after migration, driving stabilization and performance continuity
  • Develop and maintain repeatable migration frameworks, templates, and documentation to support ongoing acquisitions and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to improve site performance, usability, and conversion across migrated and existing properties
  • Translate performance insights into scalable CMS and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical SEO, Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, and Development teams to ensure aligned execution

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with websites, including migrations, restructures, or platform integrations
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to website migrations or large-scale site changes
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, taxonomy, and URL structure
  • Experience working with content management systems, preferably Drupal
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how site structure impacts performance
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts
  • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
