360training is seeking an experienced Testing Engineer responsible for the technical implementation of A/B and split URL tests. This role requires strong front-end coding skills to recreate Figma mockups with precision using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Tests are implemented either through VWO or directly within our Drupal 11 UAT/QA environment, depending on requirements.
This role is heavily focused on the technical implementation of experiments while collaborating closely with Marketing Managers. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume testing environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of front-end development experience, direct VWO experience, and a proven ability to implement experiments accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the Manager of CRO and is full-time and fully remote.
360training offers a compelling compensation package that ties to performance and impact. We offer statutory benefits, medical insurance, life insurance, paid time off, learning and growth opportunities, and a comprehensive employee engagement and wellness program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, QA, and launch several A/B tests per week within a structured testing roadmap
  • Implement test variations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Translate detailed A/B test briefs into accurate, production-ready test implementations
  • Ensure A/B tests are cross-browser compatible and fully responsive
  • Debug and resolve JavaScript, CSS, and DOM-related issues
  • Follow testing best practices to minimize performance impact and visual flicker
  • Validate A/B test behavior across devices, browsers, and environments
  • Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented test code
  • Collaborate with CRO, analytics, and design teams to ensure correct execution
  • Assist with post-launch troubleshooting, fixes, and iteration as needed

Qualifications:

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Clear understanding of DOM manipulation, event handling, and browser rendering processes
  • Detail-oriented approach to implementation and quality assurance
  • Independent thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
  • Experience implementing A/B tests using VWO or similar experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Convert, etc.)
  • Experience working in high-volume experimentation or A/B testing environments
  • Solid understanding of Drupal 11 or similar CMS platforms
Familiarity with debugging tools, browser developer tools, and front-end performance considerations
