Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (in Amman) role for a Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives, developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telesales Team Lead will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
