Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead at 51Talk in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day management of the telesales team, overseeing sales activities, providing customer service, and implementing team strategies to drive sales.

• Experience in leading a B2C telesales team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of educational sales is a plus
