Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell the company's online education services. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, providing product information, and resolving customer queries. The specialist will also follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and work closely with the customer support and training teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales for 1 year or more
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous

Salary: 12k to 15k basic salary based on experience plus Unlimited Commission
