Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig. The ESL Training Supervisor will oversee the training and development of ESL teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction and adherence to company standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating teacher performance, providing feedback, and implementing new training programs. The supervisor will also handle customer service inquiries related to training and support.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training & Development experience


• Strong Communication and Training skills


• Customer Service skills and experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work on-site in Pasig


• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field


• Experience in online education is a plus
