Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of effective training to educators, institutions, and internal teams, ensuring high adoption and optimal usage of our products. This role blends instructional design, people management, and data-driven performance monitoring in a fast-paced educational technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of trainers and instructional specialists.
  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with product updates and user needs.
  • Manage onboarding and continuing education programs for clients and internal users.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure training content reflects current features and use cases.
  • Analyze training outcomes using KPIs and feedback to improve curriculum and delivery.
  • Lead the creation of multimedia learning content (videos, guides, modules).
  • Coordinate and deliver live training sessions (webinars, in-person, hybrid formats).
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure version control across platforms.
  • Address escalated training needs or concerns from clients and partners.
  • Keep up with EdTech trends and recommend innovative training solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in training or instructional leadership, ideally in the EdTech space.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), digital content delivery, and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse learners.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in tools such as Zoom, Articulate, Canva, Google Workspace, or equivalents.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training or team coordination.
