>Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing and Recruitment Associate located in Pasig. The Sourcing and Recruitment Associate will be responsible for identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assisting with the development of recruiting strategies.

Strong Communication and Interviewing skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
