This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate based in Pasig. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with potential hires. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and providing an excellent candidate experience.

• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Screening candidates
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
