This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing students to provide information about the online English courses, guiding students through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns, and maintaining records of interactions. The role will also involve collaborating with the customer support and training teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for the students.

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proven Sales skills
• Experience in Training roles is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred
