Job Description:
51Talk is seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to drive our business growth. You will lead a sales team, establish strong customer relationships, and implement strategies to achieve our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Set clear performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Address and resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis
- Regularly analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to drive sales initiatives.
- Participate in pricing, promotion, and product-related decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven team management experience, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
