Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and leads from provided databases.

• Present and promote products clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Accurately record all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience or a Telemarketer.
• Background in EdTech, language learning, or telesales is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work in a call center environment, handling outbound calls and achieving KPIs.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Work effectively under pressure in a performance-driven role.
• Use CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Apply basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting.

Benefits:

Basic Salary: 16k plus comission avarage 40k to 45k monthly
