- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain documentation of issues and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with IT team to support system upgrades, backups, and security measures
- Assist in onboarding and setting up IT access for new employees
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security protocols
