Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Supervisor to lead and manage our training programs for online English teachers. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality instruction across our platform, supporting teacher onboarding, ongoing development, and pedagogical excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in online English education for kids, team leadership, and training design tailored to virtual teaching environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Lead Training Teams: Manage a team of trainers and onboarding specialists, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Training Program Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable training programs for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Content Development Oversight: Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure high-quality learning materials, including videos, webinars, guides, and certifications.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor training sessions for quality, consistency, and learner engagement. Collect feedback and analyze training effectiveness.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs such as training attendance, certification rates, NPS, and post-training performance to evaluate impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment and Support to align training with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in online English teaching with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in the EdTech sector or K–12/education environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle), webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex), and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Google Workspace).
