Required:
- Holds a Bachelor of Science (preferably Business related courses)
- Had handled a team of 15-25 FTEs (preferably min of 2 years experience)

Desired Qualifications:
- Proven track record in account/client/project management
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPI and revenue targets.
- Experience with international clients in BPO or outsourcing model
Job Responsibilities
- Build enduring team and client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reports generation.
- Optimize teacher allocation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have an idea on managing operational costs of the account.
- Develop and implement strategies for teacher retention and engagement.
- Enforce rules and policies to maintain high standards of compliance, quality and attendance.
- Ensure consistent lesson volume and number of teachers to meet client expectations.
- Stay informed about market trends and clients need to anticipate challenges.
