The 6crickets team consists of world-class technologists and engineers, accomplished educators, operations experts, and passionate parents, who share our 6crickets' mission and core values.We are looking for a school district sales specialist who is high-energy, creative, technology-savvy, hands-on, customer-obsessed and understands school districts sales and who is able to rapidly interest our potential clients and onboard them to adopt 6crickets’ expanded learning management solutions. In the process, you will have opportunities to shape our operations process design, business model design, influence product development directions, fully exercise your leadership skills and become a key leader at 6crickets.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Have the big picture with in-depth understanding of business goals and 6crickets product offerings and eagerness to keep up with new development and offerings in a fast-growing startup environment.- Adopt and utilize consultative sales strategies to meet assigned quota on an annual basis.- Ability to travel 25% of the time and attend events throughout the year.- Manage the sales lifecycle from initial prospect and cold outreach through product demonstration and final contract negotiation and preparation.- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.- Maintain records of all sales interactions using 6crickets' CRM and other tools.- Identify and plan for conferences/events.- Research and cold-call leads to secure sales meetings.- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers.- Follow industry trends and current events to identify new opportunities for potential sales.- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.- Uphold 6crickets' Core Values (6crickts.com/about).QUALIFICATIONS:- 2+ years consultative sales experience, 3 of which have been in the K12 industry- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit- Track record of consistently achieving quota- Proven teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills- Team-minded, collaborative, organized & self-sufficient- Ability to travel extensively- Virtual (work from home) capabilitiesAPPLICATION MATERIALS:Please email a cover letter and your resume to hiring@6crickets.com.
