Nature of the WorkThis role is vital to AxD’s success as a digital matchmaker for uniting learners with schools and courses they will love. Candidates must be able to self-manage and prioritize workload within defined deadlines. Employees in this role must translate information provided by the Client Services, and Marketing organizations into our proprietary “ACE” lead tracking and reporting system in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. This role requires exemplary customer service provided to internal clients in person, via email and phone. We expect the individual in this positon to seek opportunities to streamline the implementation and support processes associated with fulfillment of digital campaigns for internal stakeholders. Candidates must be familiar with the functionality of digital platforms and products and be comfortable working in an ever changing, fast paced environment. Responsibilities• Create school forms in our lead generation platform.• Test setups with internal peers (marketing managers, account managers) and client to ensure correct set up• Work closely with the Client Service team to fulfill client requests: such as content update, form delivery set up and other changes to school criteria requirements (daily basis).• Monitor daily lead flow, identify issues that occur and resolve problems in a timely manner.• Follow-up on open issues with account managers.• Identify opportunities for operational improvements in existing systems.• Monitor sales campaign performance monitoring and maintenance and alert management if problems are detected.• Respond to off-hour fulfillment emergencies as needed in a timely fashion. Qualifications• Proficient in Excel, HTML, CSS, Fireworks.• Ability to recognize and analyze complex issues, and find resolutions quickly.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Must be well organized, analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.• Ability to function effectively in high pressure situations.• Flexible, proactive, self-motivated and forward thinking.• Experience with regular expressions a bonus.
