  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Family Services & Health and network leaders to develop, implement, and continuously improve our family engagement strategies.

  • Coach and guide a team of Family Advocates, using the Family Advocate Success Rubric and real-time feedback to build capacity and deliver high-quality service.

  • Foster strong collaboration across departments—including education, health, mental health, and disabilities—to align family life practices with school readiness.

  • Monitor and improve program quality using data and coaching to ensure strategies are executed with fidelity and impact.

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has a strong foundation in child and family development and understands the role of family well-being in closing the achievement gap.

  • Thrives in collaborative environments and brings coaching, leadership, and innovation to their work.

  • Is organized, reflective, and committed to advancing positive outcomes for families and children.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • At least 3 years of experience working with diverse families in low-income communities, including supervisory experience

  • Experience using evidence-based strategies to improve family outcomes

  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet program and community needs

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with required insurance coverage

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
