Sales and Operations Manager: Mng daily sales oprns & ensure all activities follow company policies & safety stndrds. Lead & coord sales team to help achieve company's sales goals. Anlyz sales data & cust feedback to find ways to improve performance. Work w/ other depts and maint strong relationships w/ key clients. Monitor invt & suggest ways to improve efficiency & reduce costs. Req High School Diploma/GED & 2 yrs exp as Sales & Operations Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager; knowl of Chinese lang.
