Warehouse Materials Manager (Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. / Mesquite, NV): Manage warehouse ops of shipping & receivng goods at a manufacturer of beverage cans & relatd prodcts; manage warehouse staff, incldng hiring, training, evaluatn, & discipline. Reqs 2 yrs exp as Warehouse Materials Mngr or in clsly related positn(s) in logistics or supply chain in the metal beverage packagng industry. Bkgrd in educ, trainng, or exp must incld in-depth knwldge of GMP (Good Mfg Practice); demonstrtd ability to perform inventory mgmt; logistics & warehouse knwldge; exp w/ internal quality process improvmnt; proven leadership & process documntatn & developmnt training; proven ability to follow & enforce health & safety regs; exp w/ successn planning; demonstrtd ability to develp strategic relatnshps w/ internl & externl stakeholders; demonstrtd ability to identify supply chain issues; exp preparng reports on progress & forecast for warehouse ops. Up to 25% travel req’d, both int’l & domestic, to train at other plants w/in co.’s beverage divisn, train other employees, & attend leadershp training & conferences.
