Associate Attorney: for Leah A. Martin, Esq., P.C. dba Leah Martin Law in Las Vegas, NV: Assist in handling assigned cases under direction of sr attorneys. Coordinate w/ staff on case-rel. tasks. Track deadlines & Maintain case calendars. Participate in settlement discussions & negotiations. Communicate w/ clients. Assist w/ preparation for & attend depositions, hearings, & mediations. Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, & correspondence. Help ID & coordinate w/ expert witnesses. Perform rel. legal tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys. Min.
