Engineering Manager-Capital Projects: Are you a strong project leader with experience in water & wastewater infrastructure? We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of our Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 🔹 What You’ll Do:Manage and execute the District’s Capital Improvement Program Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction of infrastructure projects * Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to District standards. * Oversee and guide project delivery teams * Improve processes and drive performance across projects * Coordinate across departments to deliver high-quality public infrastructure.
