Residential Assistant House Manager

A Residential Assistant House Manager supports the daily operations of a residential program serving individuals with diverse needs. This role assists the House Manager in supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. Responsibilities include helping implement individualized service plans, monitoring resident well-being, administering or overseeing medications as trained, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Assistant House Manager also provides direct care, models positive interactions, and responds effectively to emergencies or behavioral challenges. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and team members. This position requires leadership, organization, and a commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for residents. Candidates should have experience in human services, the ability to multitask.
