You’ll work on exciting projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor who is a subject matter expert in your area of interest, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to a mission that brings learning to life for children around the world. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your technical and problem-solving skills, collaborate cross-functionally, and see the direct impact of your work on products used by millions of learners.
In this role, you’ll gain experience working in a production engineering environment—building and improving features, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and participating in agile development practices. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers as well as cross-functional partners across product, design, QA, and analytics, gaining insight into how scalable, high-quality software is developed and delivered.
Responsibilities:
• Triage and squash bugs based on priorities set by team leadership
• Participate in and contribute to scrum/agile ceremonies
• Validate, create, and edit documentation for existing and new code
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be available at least 25 hours per week for 10 weeks during the summer internship program
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work in person at our Glendale, CA headquarters a minimum of two days per week
