Senior Manager of B2G Sales & Partnerships
Miqyas Al Dhad seeks a high-performing Senior Manager of B2G Sales & Partnerships to drive growth through strategic endorsement partnerships and revenue initiatives. This senior management role will be responsible for developing and executing key sales and partnership strategies that align with Miqyas Al Dhad's commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will build and nurture strategic relationships, stay attuned to customer needs, and successfully position Miqyas Al Dhad as a leadQer in Arabic literacy assessment across government (B2G) and institutional (B2P) sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Own and exceed annual B2G sales targets within designated territories, building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Strengthen Government Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships with government entities across the Arab world to promote and integrate Miqyas Al Dhad into educational frameworks and literacy initiatives.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with regional and international organizations, educational institutions, Publishers, EdTech companies and influential stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of Miqyas Al Dhad.
- Enhance Program Visibility and Advocacy: Act as a key representative for Miqyas Al Dhad, advocating for Arabic literacy and proficiency as essential components in national and regional education agendas.
- Support Policy Alignment and Integration: Work closely with ministries of education and relevant government bodies to align Miqyas Al Dhad’s objectives and solutions with regional Arabic language policy standards and educational goals.
- Securing Funding and Resources: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and resource allocations from government programs and strategic partnerships to support Miqyas Al Dhad’s long-term sustainability and growth.
- Monitor and Report on Impact: Track the progress and impact of Miqyas Al Dhad initiatives within government and strategic partnerships, providing insights and feedback to guide continuous improvement and further development.
- Market Insight: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within target markets, reporting actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Leadership & Team Management: Collaborate with the marketing team, fostering a results-driven culture and serving as a role model in client engagement and relationship-building.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor or MBA with an extensive background in Education or related field
- At least 8 years of proven experience in B2G sales, ideally within Arab countries and the Edtech or publishing sectors, with a strong track record of building and managing public-private partnerships.
- Relationship-Building: Exceptional partnership and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with government ministries of education and institutional clients.
- Leadership: Strong collaborator and persuasive with the ability to inspire and influence both internal teams and external partners.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and strategic sales processes.
Fluency in Arabic and English
