Educational Technologist supports the successful implementation of our K–4 digital learning product in schools across Al Ain. This role focuses on helping teachers meaningfully integrate the product into math, science, Arabic, and English lessons to improve student outcomes. The Educatioal Technologist will collaborate closely with teachers and school leaders - co-planning lessons, delivering training, and providing ongoing coaching. This is a strategic, education-focused role - not a technical support position, ideal for someone with deep experience in K–4 instruction and digital integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-plan and co-teach lessons that incorporate the digital product
• Deliver tailored teacher training and hands-on classroom coaching
• Support teachers in using student data to personalize learning
• Gather classroom feedback to inform product improvement
• Promote responsible, inclusive digital learning practices

Education, Experience and Required Skill:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of K–4 classroom experience
• Strong coaching or instructional leadership background
• Confidence with tools like Google Workspace, Seesaw, or Canvas
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
