About The Role

The Digital Learning Implementation Specialist engages customers within assigned schools to effectively implement Alef Products and Services in support of student, teacher, school leadership and school success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains customer relationships with school stakeholders, focusing on both school leadership team and teacher relationships to facilitate the effective usage of the Alef Platform to serve their education related needs
  • Trains school leaders to support effective usage of the platform, the platform data, and other features such as the Academy
  • Facilitates and supports the collection and analysis of student and teacher data using a variety of tools to identify gaps and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Leads training and support systems that enable teachers’ product utilization and long-term adoption
  • Aligns education product/service goals and expectations with teacher and school leaders needs and expectations to enable long term product success
  • Responsible for delivering coaching and support strategies that help school leadership, teachers and students effectively improve their use of Alef solutions
  • Collaborates and aligns with cross-functional teams to develop effective processes, tools, and documentation of standards that empower customer success
  • Takes initiative to continuously improve personal knowledge and ability to enhance effectiveness and team achievements

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

  • Educational degree related to Education in a core subject area (preference towards the Math and Science teachers)
  • Strong knowledge and usage of educational technology tools in the classroom
  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience in K-12 environment (cycle 2-3)
  • Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, curriculum standards and assessments
  • Experience implementing, using, and training on ed tech tools
  • Advanced understanding of current emerging practices related to subject area (Arabic, Math, and Science)
  • Change Agent: ability to work with teachers and school leaders to communicate a clear vision of goals and targeted achievements
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
