About The Role

The School Success Coach is responsible for providing prime services to paid schools for renewal/conversion while increasing the user & usage from pilot schools.schools for renewal/conversion while increasing the user & usage from pilot schools.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Utilization and Adoption

• Use data to drive school outreach programs to ensure schools adopt and utilize the platform
• Use reports and dashboards to identify risk and opportunity areas within your portfolio
• Prepare targeted adoption strategies to increase usage
• Provide tailored training solutions and support systems for teachers and student
  

Customer Service

• Be a point of contact for schools and teachers, related to technical issues or other barriers/ obstacles to usage
• Go above and beyond to find effective solutions to support school and teacher adoption
• Be a champion of the Alef platform and GASING math lessons and articulate our value proposition
• Efficiently manages / escalates school needs, requests, and questions

Company and Team Success

• Participates in regular portfolio reviews, identifying progress and improvement opportunities to support usage and adoption
• Builds effective relationships across teams to facilitate problem solving to empower team and school success
• Contributes to documentation and best practices
• Collect ongoing feedback using a variety of tools and systems to share with internal team
• Contributes to organizing various Alef events to support the adoption and usage by users
• Develops and creates English curriculum documents, such as teaching modules and guides for using English learning on the Alef platform.

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

• Bachelor degree in Education, English or related field. Master’s degree in English/Curriculum development preferred.
• Experience as a teacher, preferably in English subject area
• Previous experience as a trainer, preferred
• Strong knowledge of school culture, curriculum standards and instructional strategies to support teachers
• Experience using various ed tech tools (Google classroom, Microsoft teams, LMS, etc)
• Experience using spreadsheets (Excel, CSV etc) for data analysis
• Hands on Zoom/ MS Teams/ Google Meet for webinars or other virtual events
• Fluency in Bahasa and English is a must
• Relationship builder: Able to easily establish credibility and trust
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Highly mobile and ready to travel and conduct offline training at various locations when needed.
