About The Role

The Academic Relationship Specialist in the Customer Success Team ensures that customers derive maximum value and satisfaction from

the products or services. This involves proactively assisting customers in onboarding, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues they might encounter. The overarching aim is to build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional support, ultimately leading tocustomer retention, loyalty, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Alef Education and the client, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Understand the unique needs, goals, and challenges of each client and create tailored success plans with the collaboration of internal department if needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of Alef’s solutions and service offerings to provide expertise and guidance
  • Proactively use your educational expertise and strategies to retain clients and solve problems
  • Manage contract renewals and identify any opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell additional products
  • Collaborate with the Training and Quality team to develop training material and resources that address B2B clients.

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Education is required
  • At least 4 years of experience teaching/working in a school organization
  • GCC/MENA region experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
