Advisory Council Member – Advisory Board Member (Part-Time)
SUMMARY:
AllCampus partners with leading universities to design and expand educational programs across all modalities. The Advisory Council Member – Advisory Board Member (Part-Time) is responsible for leveraging their professional network to create new partnership opportunities for AllCampus. This role focuses on generating warm introductions, facilitating meetings with university decision-makers, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The position serves as a thought partner to internal teams while representing the AllCampus brand within the higher education community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Networking and Partnership Development
- Leverage professional relationships and credibility within higher education to generate meetings and open doors to university decision-makers
- Facilitate introductions that create new partnership opportunities for AllCampus
Sales Support and Business Development
- Make warm introductions and actively support conversations that advance university partnerships in virtual and campus settings
- Partner with the University Solutions team to support sales efforts and strategic initiatives
- Travel required less than 20% of time, primarily for conferences and limited campus visits
Brand Representation
- Represent AllCampus at industry conferences and events to increase brand visibility
- Participate in conference meetings and support booth presence alongside the sales team
Strategic Advisory and Thought Leadership
- Provide subject matter expertise to support presentations and partnership strategy
- Contribute insights on higher education market trends and program development
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to internal leadership teams
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Master’s degree required; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in non-profit higher education, with senior-level experience preferred
- Past experience in roles such as Dean, Provost, Chancellor, etc. highly preferred
- Established network of relationships with decision-makers at non-profit educational institutions
- Demonstrated strategic planning and execution experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
COMPENSATION:
This part-time role (estimated 10–15 hours per week) offers a competitive annual stipend reflective of the engagement level, per diems for travel to campuses and conferences, expense reimbursement, and commission opportunities for successful partnerships formed. The stipend range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
