About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Demand Generation Head to join our team. As a Demand Generation Head, you will be responsible for managing our B2B activities and driving growth across the entire funnel - from acquisition to engagement and retention.

As the Demand Generation Head, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute demand-generation (paid and organic) campaigns that support the company's revenue goals.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
  • Create and manage paid acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to build an inclusive retention strategy.
  • Oversee the content marketing strategy that supports demand generation goals, including the creation of gated content, blog posts, case studies, thought leadership, whitepapers, eBooks, and other lead gen collateral.
  • Build and analyze data reports tracking CPL, MQL, SQL, CAC, and LTV performance. Set up experiments to validate the hypothesis by A/B testing to improve gaps in the funnel conversion.
  • Evaluate the use of tools and channels, and plan to execute to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Accountable for ensuring all campaign leads are tracked, scored, and routed appropriately; regularly analyze campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain a robust lead scoring framework to identify and prioritize leads for sales follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Evaluate use of tools and channels, and plan to execute to increase efficiency and performance
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Experience with email marketing, paid acquisition, and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience working across different digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, video, trade show marketing, partnership marketing, CRO, SEO, SEM, online advertising, lead generation, and more.
