Job Overview:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, acquiring new clients, increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, resolving client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

As the Senior Business Development Executive you will:

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain and grow them.
  • Acquire new clients end-to-end; from prospecting to closing and meeting individual and team targets.
  • Increase revenue and retention rate for accounts through driving intentional upsell and cross-sell motions to meet the clients’ business objectives.
  • Demonstrate, deliver, and help unlock product ROI for clients to help businesses growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account segment.
  • Resolve all client complaints, requests, and inquiries within the predetermined SLAs.
  • Align with internal cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) with frontline insights/ customers’ needs to design a robust go-to-market strategy to nurture and grow our Accounts.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant major.
  • Proven experience of 3-6 years in business development or sales, preferably in the E-Learning industry.
  • Experience with CRM, HubSpot is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Able to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
