Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate mid-senior level HR Business Partner who will ensure that the Recruitment Machine is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value in our growth phase! And who will also work on Organization Development projects and Talent Retention initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Own the recruitment process; including job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, job offers, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.
  • Design job descriptions, job cards and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Improve the recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Responsible for employees onboarding & induction programs.

Organization Development

  • Support with organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance and culture.
  • Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Creates & updates policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

  • Understand the culture of the company and deliver HR initiatives to increase team engagement and happiness.
  • Performs employees' satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.
  • Improve eNPS and improve our employer branding.
  • Improve and manage our benefits scheme.

The ideal candidate will have

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR with special focus in TA, OD and Employer Branding
  • Experience in hiring technical roles is a must
  • Previous experience in OD is a huge plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn and ATS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command in English, written and spoken
  • Previous startup/tech company experience is preferred
