Pay range is $16-19/hr with a potential sign on bonus
Your role:
You will work with our thriving infant community and learn the Montessori principles and practices from our experienced and collaborative Lead Guide. As an Assistant Guide, you will support children to become more independent in their daily activities, such as feeding, sleeping, and toileting. You will support them to unlock the secrets of their own development in areas of movement, language, and social experiences as they work with beautiful and inspiring Montessori activities that support the development of the whole child. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori, as many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our free MACTE-accredited Montessori training program and our mentorship process.
This position is a full-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay depending on your qualifications and background, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6-12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units (must have at least 6)
- We offer some additional education sponsorship for those who currently do not have the full 12 ECE units and are eager to start their career with us!
