Assistant Teacher

We're now hiring Assistant Teachers, Teacher Assistants and Teacher Aide's at Guidepost Montessori at Castle Hills in Lewisville, TX.
About the Role:
This position is Full-time (9:30am to 6pm). At our school, you'll have the opportunity to support mixed-aged Montessori classrooms, ages 6 weeks up to 6 years old.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistants ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.
About You:
- Previous experience with 0–6-year-old children in preschools, camps, daycares, after-school programs, nursery, homeschool, customer service, ETC
- Have excellent communication skills
- A strong love for the Infant and toddler group.
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to float between the classrooms and help out where needed
