Your Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Montessori Assistant Teacher to support in mixed-age infant classroom for ages 6 weeks to 16 months.
This position is full-time (9am-6 pm) with great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Teachers grow to take on Lead Teachers roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program specifically designed for full-time Assistant Teachers.
About You
- Experience working with children ages 0-6
- Preferred if you have 6 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A benevolent approach toward parents and children
- Experience working with young children ages 0-6 whether as a nanny or in a group child care environment, e.g. preschool, daycare, nursery
- A willingness to grow and learn
- Must be 18 years old to apply
