This position is for local Boston candidates and is a hybrid role. We are looking for hard-working individuals who have a passion for learning and are not afraid to make cold calls and send emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new qualified opportunities and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan from your assigned geography
  • Achieve quota on the number of qualified opportunities per month

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, while residing near Boston
  • Have an interest in working in an SDR role in the technology industry
  • Understanding of the SDR role and can relate previous experience
  • Clear communicator, high energy, personable, attracted to startups, and self-motivated
  • Quota and compensation-driven
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.A

Compensation for this role:

  • Base Salary SDR $90,000 / OTE $105,000
  • Residency Compensation: SDR - $3500/month residency for 3 months
