North America Stores Marketing is on a mission to make Amazon the most-loved shopping destination. We aspire to meet customers where they are with a steady drumbeat of inspiring, relevant, and automated content that builds upon recent shopping missions while also introducing new and timely ideas. The COOP Marketing team delights customers and brands alike by leveraging brand-burnishing marketing campaigns to create a robust suite of enticing packages that drive vendor investments in onsite and offsite channels. The team is focused on streamlining and centralizing COOP at large, while building net new opportunities that excite brands and growing and improving vendor favorite programs like Look Book and Social. We are looking for an organized, conscientious, and efficient COOP Marketing Associate to manage and maintain our growing COOP program.
The ideal candidate is an expert in execution, with great attention to detail and an ability to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders at the same time. You need to be comfortable working under and meeting deadlines, understanding the value proposition of our programming (both internally and externally), and successfully supporting the operational aspects required to deliver on COOP packages to brand expectations. You will also need to document best-in-class operating procedures, identify opportunities for streamlining and simplifying processes, and implement brand feedback along the way. As a key member of the larger COOP team, you will be expected to contribute to written flashes, updates, and strategies, and take part proven team mechanisms like office hours, roadshows, and roundtables, all with high visibility. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact to our bottom line via exciting COOP offerings that convert.
- Own all COOP execution for onsite and offsite packages, from building pitch decks to collecting products and handing off to internal partner teams
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vendor deliverables meet marketing guardrails for each package purchased
- Earn vendor trust through high-touch communications and strategic offerings that ladder up to their brand’s individual needs
- Support the larger team on all-hands projects such as strategic expansion, product improvement roadmaps, and Ads integrations
- Contribute to narratives, flashes, and vendor education and project management workstreams like office hours, roundtables, and roadshows
