North America Stores Marketing is on a mission to make Amazon the most-loved shopping destination for customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed product marketing and program manager who is data-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role, you will develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow tech, product and marketing to scale quickly and deliver cross category discovery. You will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach, creating best practices and playbooks to drive quick adoption and progress. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Events Marketing, Product and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact collaborating closely with talented marketing, business and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.

• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly updates on the state of initiatives and goals assigned
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key workstreams and track progress and milestones
• Manage stakeholder team communication and track progress towards joint goals
• Establish marketing operations best practices to drive growth through successful planning, execution and optimization
• Responsible for communicating status and results to stakeholders and leadership

The NAS Marketing & Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers.
