The Amazon Pharmacy Partner Services (APPS) team accelerates growth and creates customer value by collaborating with third-party organizations to innovate on behalf of our shared customers. We have a growing roster of strategic relationships that foster customer-centric innovation in pharmacy services. We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth Marketing. APPS to lead our dedicated team of marketing managers and collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, business development and central marketing teams as well as external executive teams from our third-party partners. In this role, you will uncover opportunities for growth and translate these inputs into strategic marketing plans.

This role requires previous healthcare industry experience, team leadership with the ability to set a clear vision and achieve goals, the ability and the passion to dive deep and develop insights that can inform the development of clear and compelling recommendations, the potential to think big and look around corners for new strategies and tactics that can deliver step-change growth, a history of building successful collaborations with external organizations, and the ability to strategically influence and clearly communicate across a broad range of stakeholders. The successful candidate with be a self-starter with the ability to use data to make swift decisions in a rapidly evolving business while managing multiple projects effectively. You will be passionate about your work and see the strategic big-picture, yet be detail-oriented, hands on, and organized.


Key job responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team to achieve business goals and objectives
Develop and oversee marketing strategies and plans to grow new customers from strategic partners
Expand awareness and reputation of Amazon Pharmacy across critical industry audiences
Cultivate a culture of experimentation and innovation to identify and influence new growth channels
Build and scale strategies to support sales enablement content development for business development teams
Partner with product and analytic leaders to develop metrics, dashboards and mechanisms to track and analyze the performance and acquisition costs of marketing initiatives, develop learnings to optimize under-performing campaigns and scale winning strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Previous healthcare industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a manger of marketing teams and budgets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of both b2b and b2b2c marketing strategy
- Previous experience marketing to healthcare providers
- History of collaborating with and effectively influencing business development and product teams
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting on complex projects, including familiarity with and the use of SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
