Amazon Devices—the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Ring, Blink, and eero Home Security product lines—is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed, Manager of Product Marketing.
As a Manager, Product Marketing on Amazon’s Cross-Devices Marketing team, you will lead a team that focuses on how we optimize the customer shopping experience across our expanding portfolio of devices to better educate customers on their journey. You and your team may do this through end-to-end go-to-market programmatic work, conducting A/B tests to optimize performance of creative placements and customer targeting, analyzing data to create insights, building relationships with key stakeholders, and/or driving long-term process improvements. Additionally, you will become an expert in and raise the bar with online marketing channels, including Amazon homepage, search and email.

We are looking for a smart, agile, highly motivated, results-oriented manager who excels in Hire & Develop the best. A successful candidate will manage marketing support across a diverse range of existing devices and exciting new Amazon devices. The successful candidate will have the ability to adjust around multiple priorities, lead team vision and mission, manage milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while communicating with and leading senior stakeholders through your progress.
The position is based in Seattle, covering the North America region.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
