The PD Operations team is looking for an experienced project manager and data analyst to join our team. This role will work with PD Operations leadership to establish data and reporting strategies and cadences, collaborating with the Business Systems, and Finance teams to obtain and analyze data related to the delivery of Amplify professional development to school districts. We are looking for someone who can play a key role in driving improvements in departmental data and project management processes as we scale our operations to support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities of the Professional Development Operations Project Manager:

  • System Development and Enhancement:

    • Serve as the business liaison and collaborative leader in cross-functional teams with Business Systems to plan, build, and develop PD systems that are in line with initiatives and goals across departments, with an eye toward streamlining and increasing cross department visibility into the customers’ PD timeline end to end

    • Inform and engage in the improvement, documentation, and implementation of aligned, coherent data processes across PD Operations, that support high-quality, efficient service delivery

    • Deeply understand the PD scheduling process, cross departmental handoff, CRM, user experience, and relationship to the broader product ecosystem, in order effectively broker enhancement requests with key stakeholders across departments

  • Data Analysis & Project Management:

    • Track progress toward professional development projects regularly holding stakeholders accountable, raise issues, risks, and dependencies, and collaborate with PD Leadership to resolve them

    • Communicate updates to the PD Leadership team including status updates on projects, release announcements, and training materials to support the launch of CRM enhancements

    • Own, develop, and maintain the strategic dashboards and reporting tools utilized by the PD team to inform progress toward PD completion and revenue recognition

    • Track and analyze trends in allocations and utilization of PD resources, including PD product line items, monthly allocations, PD delivery, and resource efficacy

    • Assist PD Operations leadership in managing Salesforce projects and process development Coordinate with Inventory Management Team, external vendors, and internal PD stakeholders to establish clear process and handoffs for new PD collateral on a rolling basis ensuring materials are updated,stocked, and ready to ship based on training needs across products

Basic Qualifications of the Professional Development Operations Project Manager​:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management and/or data analysis

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite

  • Solid experience with advanced use of Google Sheets and MS Excel

  • Process oriented with proven documentation skills

  • Organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications of the​ Professional Development Operations Project Manager

  • Prior experience in Education or Educational Technology

  • Master’s Degree

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tool

  • Enthusiasm for and comfort within fast-paced company culture

  • Certified PM or agile PM certification

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
