Bogota, Colombia

As Recruiting Operations Coordinator, your improvements to recruitment systems directly impact candidate experience and the internal team. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a fast-paced environment, wants to start their career in recruiting, and interested in recruiting operations. You will report directly to the Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing accuracy on new job requisitions for posting and reformatting job descriptions
  • Posting open positions to the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite), job boards, or university career sites
  • Cleaning up and auditing the data in the ATS to ensure that everything is accurate
  • Updating and maintaining job postings
  • Managing candidate profiles if any updates need to be made
  • Updating offer letter templates
  • Generating standard reports from our ATS and creating ad hoc queries

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in operational, administrative, or related positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Office 365
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager and willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in an office position working with geographically dispersed team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, completed or in progress
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Strong data manipulation capabilities to include reporting
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and best practices
