Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s products/services in designated geographical areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the sales profession.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their requirements.

Presenting and demonstrating our products/services to prospective clients.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Keeping records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven work experience (internships included) as a Sales Representative or similar role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license.

Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer relationship management.

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

A commitment to excellent customer service.

Experience in using productivity tools and software.
